BTR (Blow The Ref) is a South African match-day platform built by fans, for fans. We started with a simple idea — the people watching the match should have a microphone the size of the stadium.
South African sport is the loudest, most opinionated audience on earth. And for decades they’ve had nowhere to put that voice except into the screen. BTR is the surface area for that voice — predict the score, pool up with mates, blow the whistle on a bad call, and have the receipts the next morning.
We will never be a betting app. Pools cap your risk by design. Scoring is published before kick-off. The journey — the lobby, the whistle, the trivia, the chat — is the product. The money is just one of the ways you keep score.
